A Deadline Written

The Challenge
A regulated launch timed to the day enforcement began.
A Statutory Deadline
With harsh financial penalties if the platform could not operate
Australia brought property transactions inside its anti-money-laundering regime, and the commencement date was written into legislation. FlowAML's customers would be regulated from day one. The platform had to be live, correct and ready to carry them.
A Mid-Flight Handover
A tangled codebase that had to be overhauled
Vectorise took ownership of a frontend and a backend built by another team while the product kept moving. Every line of both codebases, every environment and the release pipeline became ours to run, seventeen days before the legislated date.
Proof Before Launch
A launch case built on evidence
A platform that clears people to transact property has to be provably correct. Everything the law asks of it had to be demonstrated to work before go-live, and demonstrated again on every change after.
What We Did
A two-engineer Vectorise team took the platform from handover to a regulated production launch, and kept shipping daily after it.

days from handover to production
Took It Live
We took the handover on a Sunday and unlocked production sixteen days later, ahead of a go-live date fixed by legislation. Environments were rebuilt, launch capacity was provisioned with headroom to spare, and the release pipeline moved to continuous deployment guarded by automated gates.

Delivered Thousands Of Net New Features
Identity verification, screening, source-of-funds reviews, risk assessment, casework, regulatory reporting, staff training and billing: one platform carries the entire obligation for compliance teams, their clients and the customers being verified. Every action is audit-trailed and every organisation is isolated at the architecture level.
97%
backend line coverage, up from 25%
Took The Risk Out Of Launch
We wrapped the platform in an outside-in test suite that exercises it the way production does, end to end, on ephemeral environments. Backend coverage climbed from a quarter to ninety-seven percent in under three weeks, and the floor is enforced in CI, ratcheting upward only. The suite surfaced launch blockers no manual pass had found, and they were fixed before customers ever saw them.
The Results
Sixteen days to production. A live profitable platform. Regulated from day one, and ready for it.
