No offshoring, no untrained grads, no local face fronting a remote delivery centre. Every engineer is vetted, senior, and based on the Australian east coast: same time zone, same standards, in the room when it matters.
Finance Native
Our engineers came up in this field and are trained for its rigours. We know where the bodies are buried and why. Translating product requirements or regulations is native and our domain expertise continues to compound.
Direct connection
All engineers, no middle management, no account executive. We establish meaningful ceremony cadences bespoke to each client and operate with full transparency. This tether keeps us agile and you in effortless control.
Training included
The best systems mean nothing without culture and adoption. We build the quality systems, then train and evangelise your team in their use. We do not ship to prod and disappear. Never a bodyshop.

Who we work with
Scaling Australian finance-sector companies: insurers, trading platforms, accounting software, lenders, brokers. Engineering teams of roughly 5 to 100, past the survival stage but not yet carrying an in-house excellence function.
The person who calls us is usually a strong technology leader who inherited a system that cannot meet what is coming: an enterprise partnership, an audit, a funding round, or a roadmap that has stopped moving. The first 80% of engineering got the business here. We exist for the final 20%: the testing, the releases, the observability, the data and AI discipline.
How an engagement starts
With a conversation and a connection. Typically a short intro call that flows into a real scoping session. If the environment is complex we'll run a paid audit to draw up the roadmap and bottlenecks in advance. From there it's a 4-6 week engagement to deliver meaningful change on a cornerstone of your engineering culture. When companies love what we do, we renew that engagement for a 6+ month deep tech uplift to establish their enterprise.
We care about the engineers who live in the codebase, the leaders who report it upward, and the business outcomes that keep everyone employed and winning. The statement of work is a floor, not the goal.
