Build a product your business can grow with.
We work with you to define the first useful release, build the platform and establish the practices needed to operate and improve it.
Australian owned. Forward deployed engineers based in Australia.
Trailer Spec Pro turned a product idea into a live, paying business.
This is the result of one engagement, not a promise for every product.
- Time to paying customers
- Per the founder 3 months
- Federico reports that the business was live with paying customers within three months.
Vectorise built the platform with founder Jayson Federico and continues to support its development.
“Vectorise took my idea and turned it into a live, paying business in three months. I now have over ten B2B clients on the platform and we’re still shipping new features every day. Their approach is disciplined and smooth as butter. I’ll have an idea on Monday and it’s in production by EOD, tested, deployed, done.”
Statement first published on this site in May 2026. The customer count is the founder’s own, as he gave it in his statement.
Separately scoped stages.
Every stage has its own scope, cost and outputs, agreed before it starts. Finishing one stage does not commit you to the next.
Discovery
We define the first useful release with the people who will use the product and the people who will run it. The stage ends with a scoped release: the journeys it must support, the data it needs, the constraints it has to meet and the measures that will show whether it is working.OutputA scoped first release and a delivery plan.
Delivery
Forward deployed engineers build the platform in short, visible increments. Automated checks run on every change, a staging environment mirrors production and each release step is monitored, so working software is visible early and every release is a small, checked step.OutputA first release in production, with the checks and monitoring around it.
Ownership
The code lives in your repositories and the cloud accounts are in your name. Architecture decision records and runbooks are written for your team to read and extend. Handover is planned from discovery rather than improvised at the end, and practical training is part of the work.OutputA platform your team owns and can change.
Support
Ongoing support and further development after launch are agreed separately, each with its own scope. Nothing continues by default. For Trailer Spec Pro the work did continue beyond launch, with new features developed as the business learned from its customers.OutputA separately agreed plan for what happens next, if anything.
How the delivery workflow operates
The workflow below is the one running behind Trailer Spec Pro, as described on its case study page. It describes that engagement. It is not a fixed template for every build.
Automated checks
Every commit has to clear all four coverage gates in Jest, the JavaScript test runner, at 100% before it can land. A pre-commit hook enforces the gates before a commit is made and continuous integration (CI) re-checks the same threshold. Coverage measures which code the tests execute. It is not a guarantee of correctness, security or production reliability.
Staging that mirrors production
A staging environment runs with the same telemetry, configuration and data shapes as production. Over 100 Grafana monitors, synthetic checks and service level objectives (SLOs, agreed targets for how a service should perform) watch both environments, so a reliability regression shows up in staging first.
Release steps
Between September 2025 and May 2026, 363 pull requests were merged to staging automatically once their checks passed. Promotion to production is a separate one click step, so the process is not automatic end to end.
What you leave with.
- A first release your customers can use.
- The platform it runs on, in your own repositories and cloud accounts.
- Automated checks and monitoring around every change.
- Architecture decision records, runbooks and training your team can build on.
What the engagement needs from your team.
Product decisions
A product owner who can make decisions between reviews.
Access to users and operators
Access to the people who will use the product and the people who will run it.
Time for reviews
Time for a review at the end of each increment.
Internal approvals
The internal approvals a first release needs.
How reviews, scope changes and handover run is set out in our Ways of Working.
